The company that introduced the first purpose built, commercially available, SC based drag car is reinventing the class with their newest offering, the DR10M. Unlike every other kit and RTR released for the class so far this car puts its transmission in front of the rear tires for improved weight distribution, energy transfer and reduced front end lift during hard launches.
Unlike the rear motor DR10, the mid-motor DR10M makes use of 4mm thick carbon fiber for its rear shock tower, billet aluminum for its rear bulkhead and rear suspension hangers as well as sintered steel for the compliment of transmission gears. Other standout features include a rigid twin deck chassis design, V2 12mm alloy dampers, sealed silicone filled gear differential, diff height adjustment to adjust driveshaft angle, a low center of gravity chassis design with multiple ESC and battery mounting configuration options as well as a twin ladder plate wheelie bar.
