Owners looking to add a little extra scale realism to their SCX10iii Jeep JL or JT now have an option for standard straight axles to replace the kit supplied portal units.
Each kit includes pre-assmbled front and rear AR45 axles, new 100mm long threaded body aluminum shocks, transmission gears to compensate for the lack of reduction in the portal boxes, new panhard bar and panhard mount, sealed ball bearings, hypoid ring and pinion gears, stainless steel links and a longer center driveshaft portion. The front axle features removable c-hubs, universal axle shafts and captured wheel hexes. The rear axle makes use of dogbones inside the one piece axle housings while the rear also receives the captured wheel hexes as well. A comprehensive instruction manual is included along with two tubes of 35wt silicone shock oil.
