F-body fans finally have an option for street eliminator competition
with JConcepts new 1967 Camaro. Beginning with the nose of the car,
JConcepts designed the front bumper and grille to faithfully replicate
the 1:1 while also reducing the frontal area for improved aerodynamics.
The nose rises slightly with the angle of the cowl-induction style hood
to meet the raked windshield. The classic shape of the first generation
Camaro’s greenhouse blends seamlessly into the short decklid and
higher-than-stock rear fenders. Finding its home atop the trunk is a
two-piece, separately molded drag wing. JConcepts includes a
comprehensive decal sheet to replicate many different trim levels on the
body ranging from base models to Z/28’s to SS’s and even includes a few
Yenko badges to boot. The body measures 10.5″ wide in front, 11.5″ wide
in rear and has a 13″ wheelbase.
