Fans of the 3rd generation F-body offerings from GM now have another great option for their 1/10 No Prep drag chassis. JConcepts has announced the release of their own 3rd gen, a 1987 model that fits most 1/10 SC based drag cars with a width of 11.25″ and a wheelbase of 13″. The prominent grille houses the optional IROC-Z style fog lights and is flanked by slightly smaller turn signals. Deep-set headlights are molded into the shell and not just recreated with 3d decals for a better scale appearance while the NACA style ducted hood is flatter and and more scale than other Camaro offerings. The low profile hardtop of the IROC leads into the large one-piece rear glass that gives the rear of the car its distinct appearance. A separate drag spoiler is included for extra downforce and a race-inspired theme and is held in place with 3mm hardware.
