JConcepts has announced the release of their new 17mm Hex Adapter kit for the Losi LMT monster truck. This kit replaces the stock parts with a machined aluminum adapter, doing away with the stock 6mm axle diameter and retaining nut and instead replaces it with a 12mm hex axle, adding strength while also simplifying the assembly process and making tire changes a snap. Included in the package are four hex adapters as well as the four M4 screw pins needed to secure the adapters to the axle shafts. Each adapter and retaining nut is precisely machined and anodized in a stealthy black and is a direct fit for the LMT with no modifications needed.
