New Product Release: JConcepts RC10B7 Accessories

The team at JConcepts have rolled out a host of upgrades for Team Associate’s latest 1/10 2wd race buggy, the RC10B7, including a new motor plate, clamping servo horns, an electronics plate, a servo plate, rear ball stud mount and rear hub link mounts, All are machined from a solid billet and anodized in either blue or black, and are made in the USA.

First up are the rear camber link ball stud mounts. This item sees extreme stress thanks to today;s high horsepower and near unbreakable grip and JConcepts’ machined aluminum piece resists deflection and maintains the rear geometry. Like the stock piece, this unit has three ball stud holes per side but unlike the stock plastic piece, is available in either blue or black.

Found at the opposite end of the suspension arms are JConcepts new aluminum rear hub link mounts. These pieces are more for looks as the piece they replace are carbon fiber and have the exact same geometry. Like the ball stud mounts these are available in blue or black.

Since Team Associated uses a specific shape for their servo arms finding an aluminum replacement can be tricky. JConcepts has made that task a snap with the release of their new 15,5mm aluminum servo horn. The 15.5mm length matches the stock geometry for a drop in replacement and is machined with a 25t spline to fit most brands of servos. The area around the ball stud is beefed up with extra surrounding material for added strength and each horn is available in either blue or black.

If slightly less nose weight is what you’re after JConcepts has you covered with their 6g aluminum servo plate and 12.3g electronics plates. Both options are lighter than stock or brass but heavier than carbon pieces for an added degree of tuning. Both are available in black or blue and are artfully laser etched for style.

Rounding out the list of goodies is a new machined aluminum motor plate that is beefy where it counts but machined for lightness where possible. The recessed area for the motor screws has been increased, adding material where its needed to prevent the motor from shifting during hard impacts. A traditional chamferred edge adds a touch of style while the brilliant blue or stealthy black anodizing makes a bold visual statement when installed in the chassis.
