Pro-Line have announced a new 32p version of their Performance transmission for Traxxas 2wd vehicles. The transmission is a drop-in replacement and accepts stock Traxxas axles or any aftermarket driveshaft designed to fit a stock Traxxas Magnum 272 transmission.
New to the Pro-Series transmission are a 32p spur gear (a 56t is included) and an updated transmission case with a solid rear bumper mount for increased strength and durability. Inside the transmission are a full compliment of hardened steel gears, rubber sealed ball bearings, and a sealed gear differential that can be tuned with silicone fluid to match running conditions. A clear gear cover is provided to protect the pinion and spur gear and the spur is clamped between the plates of a twin-pad slipper clutch that provides a finer range of adjustment and a more consistent feel than the stock slipper setup.
