Reedy’s line of lithium polymer batteries is growing with the addition of the new lithium high voltage (LiHV) SG5 competition cells, available in configurations from 1s for 1:12 racing to 4s for 1:8 buggies and truggies. Each cell has a nominal voltage of 3.8v/cell and can be safely charged to 4.35v/cell, giving drivers a bump in power and top speed compared to standard LiPO batteries. The new batteries are also available in stick or shorty configurations to suit many chassis layouts and are built to meet ROAR, EFRA, BRCA and IFMAR specifications.
