Team Associated has announced the release of their latest generation of race kits for short course and stadium truck racers with the .4 iteration of the RC10SC6 and RC10T6 trucks. Taking many design elements and tuning options from the RC10B6.4 these new trucks are an evolutionary step forward for racers who enjoy “big” tire and full fender racing.
Updates to the platform include new 13mm threaded body aluminum shocks with machined pistons, a new front ball stud mount and top plate with an angled steering system for improved steering consistency, 3.5mm ball cups and turnbuckles for improved durability, wider rear “C” and “D” blocks, longer 92.5mm CVA bones, updated chassis side rails with the RC10B6.4’s molded fan mount, truck and short course specific length aluminum chassis plates with a revised shape for reduced scrub against the track surface, 20, 22.5 and 25 degree molded bulkhead options, B6.4 adjustable height bellcranks, B6.4 -1mm kingpin steering and caster block set as well as the B6.4’s aluminum ESC mounting plate that places weight as low as possible.
