Now available from Pro-Line are these Prism SC front tires for indoor
carpet racing. This new tire features rows of ultra-sharp prism shaped
pins in the center of the carcass flanked by wedge shaped tread blocks
on the shoulder, all designed for the ultimate in lateral grip without
the “edginess” of a full pin tire. The pins on the new Prism are
slightly smaller than those of the original Pin Point rear tire but
there are many more of them. The knife-edge shape of the pins are
specially designed to stay sharp even as the tire wears for long lasting
performance. The Prism SC front tires are available in two compounds,
Z3 (medium carpet) and Z4 (soft carpet) and include molded closed cell
inserts.
